Aiken & Associates, Inc. was incorporated in 1988 and has been at its current location since 1991.  Our staff includes licensed Florida professional engineers and general contractors with extensive experience in site and building construction and review; site and building design; and construction contract administration. 

Aiken & Associates, Inc. feels that the heart of every activity we do is our field evaluation of the site and/or facility.  Our work will always be performed and led by a Florida licensed Professional Engineer.  It is our policy to have our Engineer actively leading the on site activities during the entire project.  In this way we give our clients the best review, analysis, and on-going administration for their project.   

Typical recent projects have included work on major commercial buildings, hotels and motels, and shopping centers; infrastructure evaluations for Condominium and Homeowner Associations including FS Chapter 558 reviews; due diligence inspections for major banks and financing agencies; evaluation of claims for national insurance companies; Phase One Environmental Site Assessments; design and supervision of condominium/apartment and site corrective repairs; condominium conversion reports to comply with FS Chapter 718; structural consulting services for companies; and expert testimony for arbitration and litigation.
