Albert R. Aiken, P.E.

President   

Mr. Aiken has been involved in every stage of building construction and development from evaluating raw land to planning, permitting, construction, and operations.  His NABIE Executive Membership certifies a minimum of 10 years of experience, evaluation of over 1,000 buildings, and periodic peer review.  Mr. Aiken's experience has been gained by providing "hands-on" solutions to real problems. 

Mr. Aiken has been a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida since 1974 and a Certified General Contractor since 1975.  He understands the southern environment and knows its impact on development; especially, construction sites, buildings, and structures. 

Mr. Aiken has presented his paper on Stucco Covered Buildings in a Humid Environment to the Fifth Annual Technical Seminar and Symposium on Building Inspection Engineering hosted by The National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers.  He has also published construction inspection articles and advice in Condo and HOA Management magazine.
