We are exploring providing an email system that will offer online analysis services for clients looking for preliminary answers about the structural conditions of their properties. Typical clients using this service are located more than 30 miles from our office and are experiencing a single type of problem at one or more similar locations. The advantage of this analysis will save the client time and money by eliminating the delay of scheduling a visit and by eliminating the Engineer's travel time. A typical review would require emailing about 20 photos of the distress area(s) and their general location(s) to our office. We would then review these photos and provide a summary letter report with recommendations. After reviewing the pictures, we will email you an invoice which you can pay using PayPal.
